Last week, we began construction of the front control arms in anticipation for the shipment of frame tubing. Using the top tubes and head tubes of two similar bicycles, we extracted the desired parts.
In order for the control arm to move along its degree of freedom, hinge joints must be prepared. The outside U-joints are cut.
Next up: completing the A-arm
