First Canadian Astronaut Coming to Meet First Canadian Highschool Moonbuggy Team!

We thought it would be suiting to invite the man after whom the school is named to our school to check our project out. Not only that, he has a background in space and engineering, which we thought could provide us valuable advice for the construction of our buggy. We knew it was a long shot, inviting a man busy with campaigning for the Liberal leadership, but we still sent Dr. Garneau a letter, hoping to get a reply.

We now have exciting news: Dr. Marc Garneau will visit MGMT next Thursday! We are all excited and looking forward to meeting the great Canadian, and seeing what insight he can offer.



Dr. Marc Garneau is the MP of Westmount-Ville-Marie and is currently running for Liberal leadership.
MGMT wishes him best of luck in this Endeavour.
