All of us at MGMT are excited to meet Dr. Marc Garneau. In order to make Thursday's meeting meaningful, we will be working hard these next few days to complete as much of the moonbuggy as possible.
At this moment, the buggy is held on supports that are not fastened. Our progress from last week includes the completion of fabricating the frame, the hinges, and the rear connection point. By Thursday, we are hoping to have something we can sit and roll on. To do this, we will attach the front and rear halves of the buggy, secure the front wheels on shafts, engage the suspension mechanism, and attach the seats.
